Lovers of top-class gastronomy will be delighted with the intimate and charming à la carte hotel restaurant Mauro. The restaurant is open year-round for the hotel guests as well as visitors from Poreč and their guests who would like to indulge in exquisite cuisine.
In winter time the restaurant can accommodate up to 50 seated guests, while in summer time the restaurant and its open terrace have a seating capacity of up to 90 guests.
Our restaurant boasts exquisite Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh seafood from the Adriatic Sea. Our chef and his team transform each dish into an extraordinary culinary rhapsody of tastes and fragrances.
All our dishes are healthy, tasty and organic. All our pastas are homemade, our fish is supplied directly from the fishing boats every day, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables are acquired on a daily basis from local farmers, and most of our spices we grow ourselves. We serve homemade Istrian prosciutto ham, sliced in front of our guests. We also serve tartar beefsteak, one of the restaurant Mauro specialities, which we make in front of our guests.
Our chef finds his culinary inspiration and challenge in fresh seasonal food. Therefore, in harmony with nature and in accordance with the time of the year, we serve seasonal dishes included in the tasting menus at promotion price.
